This Sales Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms that apply when you purchase products or services from Online Digital Fortress. It is entered between Phoenix Rising Media LLC ("Company") and the purchaser ("Customer"). By placing an order, Customer agrees to these terms and to the standards of care and service that accompany them.
Company offers the book Online Digital Fortress, the Digital Fortress Audit, and related digital resources. The specific product, price, and delivery method will be described at the time of purchase.
Customer agrees to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees. Orders are processed through third-party payment providers. Company may refuse or cancel any order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, incomplete information, or payment issues.
Digital products are delivered by email, download link, or other access method selected at checkout. Company will make reasonable efforts to provide prompt access, but delivery may be delayed by third-party service issues, internet interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials for personal educational use. Customer may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share the materials without written permission from Company.
Refunds are available only as described in the Company's refund policy or as required by applicable law. Any refund request should be submitted through the contact page or by contacting the Company using the details below.
Products and services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products or services.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the products or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
